Ce soir-là is Lo’Jo’s first ever live CD. It features 17 tracks, including some unreleased songs, as well as a fascinating CD-ROM video of Lo’Jo performing the song "Tangito" along with the acrobatic rope duo Les Sélène. Ce soir-là showcases Lo’Jo at the peak of their powers. It combines fiery performances and inspired arrangements with visionary lead singer Dennis Péan's trademark surrealistic chansons, rich with themes of social utopianism and multicultural exoticism. In addition to numerous world concert tours (including two gigs at Lincoln Center), the band’s members have also performed live to Murnau’s silent film Nosferatu. They've also published books, produced documentaries and each year they co-produce The Festival in the Desert along with English guitarist Justin Adams and the Tuareg band Tinariwen.
